This Purchase Order is issued by Amsterdam Creative Studios B.V. to engage the services of a professional Photographer for a comprehensive corporate and editorial photography project to be executed within the city of Netherlands Amsterdam. The Photographer shall deliver high-resolution imagery, on-site direction, and post-production editing in accordance with the specifications outlined below. All on-location shoots are to take place at the client's premises located in the Centrum district of Netherlands Amsterdam, as well as at additional agreed-upon venues throughout the Amsterdam metropolitan area.

- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
- The Photographer warrants that all deliverables are original works, free from third-party intellectual property claims, and that all necessary model releases and location permits for shoots conducted in Netherlands Amsterdam have been obtained prior to delivery.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN specified in Section 1 within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid VAT invoice from the Photographer. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory Dutch rate.
- The Photographer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 1,000,000 for the duration of this engagement. A certificate of insurance shall be provided upon request.
- All on-location work in Netherlands Amsterdam shall comply with local municipal regulations, including but not limited to noise ordinances, public space permits, and data protection requirements under the Dutch UAV (GDPR) framework.
- The client reserves the right to request up to two (2) rounds of revisions per deliverable at no additional cost. Further revisions shall be billed at the Photographer's standard hourly rate of EUR 120.00 per hour.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting outdoor shoots in Amsterdam, shall extend delivery deadlines by a period equivalent to the duration of the disruption.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon written acceptance by both parties. No modification shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by authorised representatives of both Amsterdam Creative Studios B.V. and Van der Berg Photography & Visual Media B.V.
- All raw and edited image files remain the property of the Photographer until full payment of this Purchase Order has been received. Upon payment, the client receives the commercial licence as described in Line Item 07.
