The Photographer is required to bring all necessary professional equipment, including but not limited to full-frame DSLR or mirrorless camera bodies, a range of prime and zoom lenses (24–70mm, 70–200mm, 85mm f/1.4), studio strobes, reflectors, tripods, and portable lighting kits. The Photographer must hold valid professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of NZD 5,000,000, as is standard practice for commercial photography engagements in New Zealand Auckland.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Harbourview Media Productions Ltd (the "Client") and Tui Visuals Photography (the "Photographer") upon written acceptance by both parties.
2. The Photographer shall commence all photographic work in New Zealand Auckland no later than 28 June 2025 and shall complete all deliverables within 14 calendar days of the final shoot date.
3. All images delivered under this Purchase Order shall be free from third-party intellectual property claims. The Photographer warrants that all work is original and that no model releases, location permits, or property releases have been omitted.
4. The Photographer shall comply with all applicable New Zealand legislation, including the Privacy Act 2020, the Fair Trading Act 1986, and the Copyright Act 1994. All personal data captured during the shoot in New Zealand Auckland shall be handled in accordance with the Client's data protection policy.
5. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account nominated by the Photographer within 30 days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Commerce Act 1986.
6. The Photographer shall provide a minimum of 30 days' written notice for any cancellation. Cancellation within 14 days of the scheduled shoot date shall incur a 50% fee of the total Purchase Order value.
7. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Auckland.
8. The Photographer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance throughout the duration of the engagement. Certificates of insurance shall be provided to the Client prior to the commencement of work.
9. Any changes to the scope of work outlined in this Purchase Order must be agreed in writing by both parties and shall be documented as a formal variation to this Purchase Order.
10. The Photographer acknowledges that all raw image files (RAW/CR3/NEF) shall be retained by the Photographer for a period of 12 months and shall be deleted thereafter unless otherwise agreed in writing.
