This Purchase Order is issued by Capital Events & Media Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd., based in Pakistan Islamabad, to formally engage the services of a professional Photographer for the upcoming corporate annual gala and product launch event. The Photographer shall provide comprehensive visual documentation services as detailed below. All services are to be rendered within the metropolitan area of Pakistan Islamabad unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Photographer engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for capturing all key moments, speaker presentations, audience reactions, product displays, and candid interactions during the events held in Pakistan Islamabad. The Photographer must arrive no later than 90 minutes before the scheduled start time for equipment setup, lighting calibration, and venue familiarization. All raw image files (RAW and JPEG) shall be delivered to the Buyer's designated server within ten (10) business days of the event date. The Photographer shall retain no copies of the images beyond the delivery period and shall comply with all data protection regulations applicable in Pakistan.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act and applicable service contract regulations in Pakistan Islamabad.
- The Photographer shall provide a minimum of 800 high-resolution images (minimum 3000x2000 pixels) per full-day engagement. Failure to meet this quantity shall result in a 5% deduction per 50 images short.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified by the Photographer within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Buyer's accounts payable department in Pakistan Islamabad.
- The Photographer warrants that all equipment used (cameras, lenses, lighting, drones) shall be in full working order and that the Photographer holds valid professional insurance covering equipment damage, third-party liability, and personal injury, with a minimum coverage of PKR 10,000,000.
- All intellectual property rights in the final edited images shall transfer to the Buyer upon full payment. The Photographer may use up to five (5) images for portfolio purposes with prior written consent from the Buyer.
- The Photographer shall comply with all local regulations of the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration, including but not limited to drone operation permits from the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) for aerial photography.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of cancellation by the Buyer after the Photographer has commenced preparation, 50% of the contracted value shall be payable as a cancellation fee.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
- The Photographer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Buyer's business operations, client identities, and event details both during and after the engagement.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until all deliverables are accepted in writing by the Buyer.
