- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Photographer service provider upon signature by both parties. All services shall be rendered in Pakistan Karachi unless otherwise specified in writing.
- The Photographer and all associated staff must arrive at the Jinnah Convention Centre, Karachi, no later than 07:00 AM on the first day of the event (22 August 2025) for equipment setup and lighting calibration.
- All photographic content, including raw files, edited images, video stills, and printed materials, shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Al-Noor Events & Productions (Pvt.) Ltd. The Photographer retains the right to use up to twenty (20) images for personal portfolio purposes with prior written consent.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Photographer via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per the Purchase Order terms.
- The Photographer is required to carry professional liability insurance of no less than PKR 10,000,000 covering all equipment and personnel operating in Pakistan Karachi during the engagement period.
- In the event of equipment failure, the Photographer must provide backup cameras, lenses, and lighting within two (2) hours. Failure to do so shall entitle the Buyer to a 10% reduction in the total Purchase Order value per affected day.
- All deliverables must comply with the data protection and privacy regulations of the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) and the Sindh High Court guidelines on image rights of individuals in public events.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.
- Neither party may assign or transfer its obligations under this Purchase Order without the prior written consent of the other party.
- The Photographer shall provide a detailed shot list and coverage plan to the Buyer at least seven (7) days prior to the event for approval and coordination with the event production team in Pakistan Karachi.
