- This Purchase Order constitutes a formal and binding agreement between Andes Corporate Events S.A.C. (hereinafter "the Buyer") and Ricardo Mendoza Torres, operating as Lumen Visual Studio (hereinafter "the Photographer"), for the provision of professional photography services in Peru Lima.
- The Photographer shall arrive at the Costa Verde Convention Center, located in the district of San Miguel, Peru Lima, no later than 16:30 hours on July 22, 2025, to conduct equipment setup, lighting assessment, and final coordination with the event planning team.
- All photographic content produced under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the Buyer upon full payment. The Photographer retains the right to use up to five (5) images for personal portfolio purposes, subject to prior written approval from the Buyer.
- The Photographer is responsible for bringing all necessary professional-grade equipment, including but not limited to DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting kits, tripods, and backup storage media. Any equipment failure shall not constitute grounds for service interruption, and the Photographer must maintain redundant systems.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified by the Photographer. Fifty percent (50%) of the grand total, amounting to PEN 6,401.50, shall be paid as an advance within five (5) business days of the Purchase Order acceptance. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due within ten (10) business days following the delivery and acceptance of all final edited photographs.
- In the event of cancellation by the Buyer, a fee of 30% of the total Purchase Order value shall be retained by the Photographer as compensation for reserved time and preparation. Cancellation by the Photographer without valid cause shall result in a full refund of any advance payment plus 15% penalty.
- The Photographer agrees to comply with all applicable Peruvian labor and tax regulations, including the issuance of a formal invoice (factura) in accordance with SUNAT requirements for transactions conducted in Peru Lima.
- Any modifications to the scope of services outlined in this Purchase Order must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties. Verbal agreements shall not be enforceable.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts of the judicial district of Lima, Peru Lima.
- The Photographer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of PEN 50,000 for the duration of the event. Proof of insurance must be provided to the Buyer no later than July 15, 2025.
