The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, event documentation, executive headshots, product photography, candid guest portraits, and post-event editing and delivery of high-resolution digital assets. All photographic work shall be conducted in strict compliance with the Qatar Doha municipal regulations, the Qatar Tourism Authority guidelines, and the buyer's internal brand and confidentiality policies.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller upon signature by both parties. All terms herein govern the engagement of the Photographer for the specified services in Qatar Doha.
2. The Photographer and all supporting crew members must hold valid Qatar work permits and professional photography licences issued by the relevant Qatar Doha authorities. Copies of such documentation shall be provided to the Buyer no later than five (5) business days prior to the event date.
3. All photographic content captured during the engagement in Qatar Doha shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Buyer. The Photographer shall not publish, distribute, or use any images for portfolio, marketing, or social media purposes without prior written consent from the Buyer.
4. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Seller, in accordance with the payment terms stated in this Purchase Order. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account in Qatar Doha.
5. The Photographer shall provide a minimum of 200 edited, high-resolution images per full day of event coverage. Should the deliverable fall short of this quantity, the Buyer reserves the right to withhold 10% of the corresponding line-item payment until the shortfall is remedied.
6. Any changes to the scope of work, schedule, or location within Qatar Doha must be documented in a written amendment to this Purchase Order and signed by both parties before execution.
7. The Seller shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of QAR 2,000,000, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Qatar Doha.
8. In the event of force majeure, the Photographer shall notify the Buyer within twenty-four (24) hours and both parties shall negotiate in good faith to reschedule the affected services at no additional cost to the Buyer.
9. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Qatar Doha in accordance with the Qatar Arbitration Law.
10. The Photographer shall comply with all Qatar Doha data protection regulations when handling images that include identifiable individuals, ensuring proper consent forms are collected and stored securely.

All digital deliverables shall be uploaded to the Buyer's designated secure cloud portal within the timelines specified in Section 3. The Buyer shall have ten (10) business days from the date of delivery to review and accept or reject the work. Rejection must be accompanied by a written list of specific deficiencies. The Photographer shall have five (5) business days to address and resubmit the corrected materials. Failure to meet the acceptance criteria after one resubmission shall entitle the Buyer to a 15% reduction on the affected line item.
