This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Events & Media Group LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to formally request and authorize the procurement of professional Photographer services from LensCraft Photography Studio (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"). This Purchase Order governs the engagement of a certified Photographer to deliver comprehensive visual documentation services for the Buyer's corporate annual gala event, which will be held in the city of Russia Moscow on 28 July 2025. The Photographer shall be responsible for capturing high-resolution still images, short-form video clips, and behind-the-scenes content throughout the duration of the event. Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account. The payment schedule is as follows: a 40% advance payment (RUB 324,000.00) is due within five (5) business days of mutual acceptance of this Purchase Order; a 40% interim payment (RUB 324,000.00) is due upon delivery of the same-day preview; and the remaining 20% balance (RUB 162,000.00) is due within ten (10) business days of final delivery of all deliverables. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 0.1% per calendar day in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All transactions are subject to the tax regulations applicable in Russia Moscow.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Photographer for the specified event in Russia Moscow. This document constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller upon execution by both authorized representatives.
