The following terms govern this Purchase Order for Photographer services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh:
- Scope of Work: The Photographer shall adhere to the creative brief provided by Al-Nakheel Corporate Events Co. All images must comply with Saudi Arabian cultural and legal standards regarding photography, including but not limited to the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) regulations for drone operations in Riyadh.
- Delivery Schedule: Raw unedited images shall be delivered within 48 hours of the event. Fully edited and retouched images shall be delivered within 10 business days. Printed albums shall be delivered within 20 business days of final image approval.
- Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment (SAR 19,895.00) is due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 60% (SAR 29,842.50) shall be paid within 15 business days of final delivery and written acceptance of all deliverables. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all rights to the final edited images shall transfer to Al-Nakheel Corporate Events Co. The Photographer retains the right to use a maximum of five (5) images for personal portfolio purposes, subject to prior written approval.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the issuing entity more than 14 days before the event date shall result in a 25% penalty. Cancellation within 14 days shall result in a 50% penalty. Cancellation within 72 hours shall result in full payment of the advance.
- Compliance: The Photographer and all crew members must hold valid work permits or appropriate visitor visas for Saudi Arabia. All photography activities in Riyadh must comply with the regulations set forth by the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH) and local municipal authorities.
- Confidentiality: The Photographer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all event details, attendee identities, and proprietary content captured during the engagement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh.
