The Photographer is expected to deliver professional-grade imagery that captures the essence of the summit, including keynote addresses, panel discussions, networking sessions, and the closing gala dinner. All photographic work must be conducted in accordance with the professional standards expected of a Photographer operating within the Johannesburg, South Africa creative industry, and must comply with all applicable South African copyright and data protection legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Purchasing Entity and the Photographer service provider upon signature by both parties. All terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
- The Photographer shall arrive at the Sandton Convention Centre, Johannesburg, South Africa, no later than 07:00 on the first day of the event and shall remain on-site until all photographic obligations for the day are fulfilled.
- All images captured by the Photographer during the event shall become the exclusive property of Mzansi Corporate Events (Pty) Ltd upon full payment. The Photographer retains the right to use a maximum of ten (10) images for personal portfolio purposes, subject to prior written approval.
- Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Photographer's designated bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 10% per annum as per South African commercial practice.
- The Photographer is required to carry valid professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of R 5,000,000 and public liability insurance of R 2,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in Johannesburg, South Africa.
- Any changes to the scope of services outlined in this Purchase Order must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Unauthorised additional work shall not be compensated.
- The Photographer shall comply with all South African labour laws, health and safety regulations, and the venue's specific policies regarding photography and videography at the Sandton Convention Centre.
- In the event of cancellation by the Purchasing Entity, a fee of 50% of the total Purchase Order value shall be payable if cancellation occurs within fourteen (14) days of the event date. Cancellations made more than fourteen days prior shall incur no penalty.
- All personal data captured in photographs shall be handled in strict compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013, of South Africa. The Photographer shall not distribute, sell, or share any identifiable personal images without explicit written consent.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period shall render this document null and void.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Photographer for the Mzansi Corporate Leadership Summit in Johannesburg, South Africa.
