- All payments are denominated in Sudanese Pounds (SDG). Applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at 15% shall be added to the total if required by Sudanese tax law.

- The Photographer warrants that all equipment, lenses, lighting rigs, and software used in the execution of this Purchase Order shall be of professional grade and maintained in full working condition.
- The Photographer shall hold all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance required to operate in Sudan Khartoum, including but not limited to a valid business license from the Khartoum State Ministry of Commerce and a drone operation permit from the Civil Aviation Authority of Sudan.
- All intellectual property rights in the final photographic deliverables shall transfer to the Purchasing Entity upon full payment. The Photographer retains the right to display a limited selection of images in a professional portfolio, subject to prior written approval.
- The Photographer shall comply with all applicable laws of the Republic of the Sudan, including data protection regulations, cultural sensitivity guidelines, and local photography restrictions in Sudan Khartoum.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written amendment to this Purchase Order and signed by both parties before execution.
- In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions in Sudan Khartoum), either party may suspend obligations with 48 hours' written notice.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Khartoum, Sudan, in accordance with the Sudanese Arbitration Act.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period shall render the document null and void.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Photographer in Sudan Khartoum. This document constitutes a binding agreement between the parties upon execution.
