All work must be performed in accordance with the standards expected of a licensed professional Photographer operating within the jurisdiction of Turkey Istanbul.

- A 40% advance payment (TRY 56,544.00) shall be remitted to the Photographer within 5 business days of acceptance of this Purchase Order.
- The remaining 60% balance (TRY 84,816.00) shall be paid within 15 business days following final delivery and written acceptance of all photographic deliverables.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Turkish commercial law.
- The Photographer shall issue a valid Turkish commercial invoice (fatura) in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Finance prior to each payment cycle.
- The Photographer warrants that all services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed in a professional, timely, and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards in Turkey Istanbul.
- Full copyright and commercial usage rights of all final images and video content shall transfer to Meridian Events & Media Ltd. upon full payment. The Photographer retains the right to display a limited selection (no more than 15 images) in a personal portfolio for non-commercial purposes.
- The Photographer shall carry valid professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of TRY 5,000,000 for the duration of the assignment in Turkey Istanbul.
- Any cancellation by the Buyer more than 14 days prior to the event date shall result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days shall be subject to a 50% fee.
- The Photographer agrees to comply with all applicable data protection regulations of the Republic of Turkey, including the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), regarding the handling of images containing identifiable individuals.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
- The Photographer shall provide a minimum of 24 hours' written notice for any schedule changes, equipment failures, or force majeure events affecting the delivery timeline.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Photographer for the corporate event in Turkey Istanbul.
