7. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in the city of Argentina Córdoba, in accordance with the rules of the Cámara de Comercio de Córdoba.
8. The Seller guarantees that the Physicist assigned to this contract shall not be simultaneously engaged in competing research projects that could create a conflict of interest with the Buyer's objectives.
9. All communications regarding the execution of this Purchase Order shall be directed to the contact persons listed above. Changes to scope, schedule, or pricing require a written amendment signed by both parties.
