All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bank transfer to the Physicist's designated account at the Bangladesh Bank-registered financial institution. Payment schedule is as follows:
- Advance Payment (30%): BDT 393,300 – payable within 7 working days of Purchase Order acceptance, prior to commencement of services in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
- Interim Payment (40%): BDT 524,400 – payable upon completion of Line Items 01 and 02, subject to written approval by the DUST Head of Physics Department, Dhaka.
- Final Payment (30%): BDT 393,300 – payable within 14 working days of final delivery of all deliverables, calibration certificates, and the completed lecture series.
Payment shall be processed in accordance with the Bangladesh Public Procurement Act 2023 (amended 2024) and the Bangladesh Bank's foreign exchange and domestic transaction regulations. No payment shall be released until the Physicist submits a valid Tax Invoice bearing the correct TIN number registered with the National Board of Revenue (NBR), Bangladesh.

The Physicist is required to be physically present at the Dhaka, Bangladesh site for a minimum of 5 days per week during the active engagement period. Any remote or off-site work must be pre-approved in writing by the DUST Procurement Officer. The Physicist acknowledges that all work products, data, and intellectual property generated under this Purchase Order in Dhaka, Bangladesh, shall remain the sole property of DUST unless otherwise stipulated in a separate intellectual property agreement.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including the Bangladesh Contract Act 1872 and the Bangladesh Public Procurement Act 2023.
- The Physicist warrants that all services rendered in Dhaka, Bangladesh, shall be performed with the skill, care, and diligence expected of a senior-level physicist holding a minimum of a Ph.D. in Physics from a recognized institution.
- The Physicist shall comply with all safety regulations issued by the Bangladesh Atomic Energy Regulatory Authority (BAERA) and the Bangladesh Environment, Forest and Climate Change Ministry for any work involving radiation, lasers, or hazardous laboratory materials in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
- Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Bangladesh Arbitration Act 2001. The seat of arbitration shall be Dhaka, Bangladesh.
- The Physicist shall not subcontract any portion of the work described in this Purchase Order without prior written consent from DUST, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
- This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Physicist shall be compensated only for services actually rendered and documented up to the date of termination in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
- All communications related to this Purchase Order shall be conducted in English, with official documents also available in Bangla (Bengali) as required by Bangladesh government procurement regulations.
