Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order is issued by the Quantum Dynamics Research Institute, a public research body registered in Belgium Brussels, and constitutes a binding request for the services of the named Physicist as described in the line items above.
- The Physicist shall perform all duties in strict compliance with Belgian labour law, the Belgian Federal Act on Scientific Research (2018), and all applicable radiation safety regulations enforced by the Belgian Federal Agency for Nuclear Control (FANC).
- All deliverables, including reports, data sets, and software, shall be submitted to the institute's procurement office located at Avenue Louise 245, 1050 Belgium Brussels, no later than the dates specified in the delivery column.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN listed above within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-BRU-00487).
- The Physicist warrants that all intellectual property created specifically for this Purchase Order shall vest in the Quantum Dynamics Research Institute upon full payment, subject to the Physicist's right to publish general findings in peer-reviewed journals with prior written consent.
- Any modification to the scope, timeline, or deliverables of this Purchase Order must be agreed in writing by both parties. Verbal amendments are not valid under Belgian contract law (Code civil, Articles 1101–1134).
- In the event of dispute, the competent courts of Belgium Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The governing law of this Purchase Order is the law of the Kingdom of Belgium.
- The Physicist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of €1,000,000 for the duration of the engagement and shall provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
- All personal data processed under this Purchase Order shall comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian Data Protection Act of 30 July 2018.
