In the event of termination, the Physicist shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination, and all work-in-progress materials shall be delivered to the institute's Canada Toronto facility.
8. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Canada Toronto in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Ontario).
9. The Physicist shall comply with all applicable occupational health and safety regulations as set forth in the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) while on-site at any facility in Canada Toronto.
10. This Purchase Order is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Any services not commenced within this period shall require a written amendment to this Purchase Order.

All services outlined in this Purchase Order shall commence on or before June 23, 2025, and shall be completed no later than September 30, 2025. All deliverables, including documentation and training materials, shall be submitted to the Applied Research Division at the institute's primary office in Canada Toronto, 2875 Bloor Street West, Suite 4200.
