This Purchase Order is issued by Beijing Advanced Research Institute (BARI) to formally engage the services of a qualified Physicist for the duration of the project specified herein. The Physicist shall provide expert consultation, research oversight, and technical advisory services in the fields of quantum mechanics, condensed matter physics, and applied particle physics. All work associated with this Purchase Order shall be conducted primarily at the BARI facility located in China Beijing, with the Physicist expected to be physically present at the site for a minimum of five (5) working days per week during the engagement period.

The Physicist engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for the following deliverables and activities:

• Design and supervision of experimental protocols for the Quantum Coherence Research Program at the China Beijing laboratory facility.
• Review and validation of theoretical models related to superconducting materials at temperatures above 77 Kelvin.
• Mentoring and training of a team of no fewer than twelve (12) junior research physicists stationed at the China Beijing campus.
• Authorship and co-authorship of a minimum of three (3) peer-reviewed publications in internationally recognized physics journals.
• Participation in quarterly review meetings with the BARI Board of Directors held in China Beijing.
• Preparation of a comprehensive technical report summarizing all findings, methodologies, and recommendations upon completion of the engagement.

The total engagement period under this Purchase Order shall be ten (10) calendar months, commencing on 1 July 2025 and concluding on 30 April 2026, unless otherwise extended by mutual written agreement between the parties.

Payment shall be made in monthly installments of CNY 200,000 (Two Million Chinese Yuan total), due on the last working day of each calendar month via bank transfer to the account designated by the Physicist. All payments are subject to the Physicist submitting a valid invoice and a monthly progress report to the BARI Procurement Office in China Beijing.

1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission in China Beijing.
2. Intellectual Property: All research findings, data, models, and publications generated by the Physicist during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of BARI. The Physicist retains the right to be listed as a co-author on resulting publications.
3. Confidentiality: The Physicist shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, experimental data, and institutional strategies of BARI. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of five (5) years.
4. Compliance: The Physicist shall comply with all applicable regulations of the China Beijing municipal government, national scientific research standards, and BARI internal laboratory safety protocols.
5. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Physicist shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
6. Insurance: The Physicist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of CNY 5,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order.
