All services described in this Purchase Order shall commence on 1 July 2025 and are expected to be completed no later than 30 September 2025. The primary site of performance shall be the Provenance Research laboratory at 142 Boulevard Longchamp, 13001 France Marseille. The Physicist shall be available on-site in France Marseille a minimum of four (4) days per week, with the remaining time allocated to remote analytical work and report preparation. Any change to the delivery schedule must be communicated in writing at least ten (10) business days in advance and approved by the Project Director.

• 5.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Provenance Research & Scientific Consulting S.A.S. and the named Physicist upon signature by both parties. All terms are governed by the laws of the French Republic, with jurisdiction vested in the Tribunal de Commerce of France Marseille.
• 5.2 Payment shall be made via bank transfer (virement) to the IBAN specified above within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with French commercial law (Article L441-10 du Code de commerce).
• 5.3 The Physicist warrants that all work products, reports, and intellectual property generated under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Provenance Research & Scientific Consulting S.A.S., unless otherwise agreed in a separate written addendum.
• 5.4 The Physicist shall maintain professional liability insurance (assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle) with a minimum coverage of €1,000,000 for the entire duration of the engagement in France Marseille.
