• Interim Payments (monthly): XOF 1,562,666.67 per month, due on the 5th business day of each subsequent month, contingent upon submission of the monthly progress report.
• Final Payment (10%): XOF 1,675,600.00, due within thirty (30) days of project completion and acceptance of the final deliverables by the AIASR Board.

All payments shall be made in West African CFA Francs (XOF) via bank transfer. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Commercial Code of Ivory Coast.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ivory Coast, specifically the Code des Obligations Civiles et Commerciales and applicable regulations of the Ivorian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
2. The Physicist shall maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of XOF 50,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
3. All intellectual property generated under this Purchase Order shall be jointly owned by the Physicist and AIASR, with publication rights shared equally.
4. The Physicist shall comply with all health, safety, and radiation protection regulations enforced by the Ivorian National Agency for Nuclear and Radiological Safety (ANCR) while operating in the Abidjan laboratory facilities.
5. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Physicist shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date.
6. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, in accordance with the rules of the Ivorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
7. The Physicist warrants that all services provided shall meet the professional standards expected of a licensed Physicist in the Republic of Ivory Coast and shall not constitute a breach of any prior professional obligation.
