This Purchase Order is issued by the Kinki Advanced Research Consortium (KARC) to formally procure the professional services of a qualified Physicist for the duration of the Quantum Field Dynamics Research Initiative. The Physicist engaged under this Purchase Order must satisfy the following minimum qualifications to ensure the integrity and quality of research conducted in Japan Osaka:
- A Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Theoretical Physics, Quantum Mechanics, or a closely related discipline from an accredited university.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of post-doctoral research experience in quantum field theory or particle physics.
- Demonstrated publication record of at least fifteen (15) peer-reviewed articles in internationally recognized physics journals.
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) or English, with the ability to conduct all laboratory operations and administrative communications in the Osaka research environment.
- Valid work authorization or visa status permitting professional engagement in Japan, Osaka, for the full duration specified in this Purchase Order.
- Professional membership in the Physical Society of Japan (PSJ) or an equivalent international physics body.
Binding Terms for the Physicist Engagement in Japan Osaka
- Acceptance: This Purchase Order becomes binding upon written acceptance by the Physicist (Dr. Elena Vasquez) within ten (10) business days of the issue date. Failure to accept within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be disbursed in three equal installments: 40% upon commencement of services in Osaka, 35% upon completion of the mid-project review (January 2026), and 25% upon final delivery of all research outputs and the concluding report.
- Intellectual Property: All research findings, data sets, theoretical models, and publications generated by the Physicist during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of KARC, Osaka, Japan, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written addendum.

- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Osaka, Japan, in accordance with the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
- Compliance: The Physicist shall comply with all applicable Japanese labor regulations, research ethics guidelines, and safety protocols as enforced by the Kinki Advanced Research Consortium and the relevant Osaka municipal authorities.
- Insurance: The Physicist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ¥50,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in Japan Osaka.
