4.2 The Physicist shall comply with all institutional policies, safety protocols, and ethical guidelines established by the Institute for Advanced Scientific Research. The Physicist acknowledges that all research data, publications, and intellectual property generated during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the joint property of the Physicist and the Institute, as further stipulated in the attached Non-Disclosure and Intellectual Property Agreement.

4.3 The Physicist is required to maintain a valid professional license and membership in the Philippine Association of Physicists (PAP) for the entire duration of this Purchase Order. Failure to maintain such credentials shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order without penalty to the Institute.

4.4 All work performed under this Purchase Order shall be conducted at the designated research facility in Philippines Manila, unless prior written approval is obtained from the Director of Research for off-site activities.

4.5 The Institute reserves the right to modify the scope of work described in this Purchase Order with a minimum of fourteen (14) days written notice to the Physicist. Any such modifications shall be documented in a formal amendment to this Purchase Order.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Physicist. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Philippine commercial law.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order.
