- Scope of Practice: The Physiotherapist engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform all duties strictly within the scope of physiotherapy as defined by the Argentine National Health Ministry and the Córdoba Provincial Health Authority. No medical diagnosis or prescription of pharmacological treatments shall be conducted by the Physiotherapist.
- Professional Credentials: The Physiotherapist must maintain a valid professional license issued by the Colegio de Fisioterapeutas de la Provincia de Córdoba and carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ARS 50,000,000 for the entire duration of this Purchase Order.
- Service Delivery Location: All physiotherapy services shall be rendered at the Provincial Rehabilitation Center located in Córdoba Capital, Argentina Córdoba, or at such other approved facilities within the province of Córdoba as mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.

- Confidentiality: The Physiotherapist shall comply with all data protection obligations under Argentine Law 25,326 (Personal Data Protection Law) and shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient records, treatment plans, and clinical information obtained in the course of providing services under this Purchase Order in Argentina Córdoba.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Physiotherapist shall complete all ongoing treatment plans for patients already under care, and the Buyer shall compensate for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic, specifically the civil and commercial codes applicable in the province of Córdoba, Argentina. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of Córdoba Capital, Argentina Córdoba.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government-mandated closures, or civil unrest affecting the province of Córdoba, Argentina.
- Amendments: Any modification to the terms, scope, or pricing of this Purchase Order must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties and shall not take effect until formally approved by the Córdoba Provincial Health Services Administration procurement department.
