The Physiotherapist is required to hold a valid AHPRA registration, maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AUD 10,000,000, and comply with all occupational health and safety legislation applicable in the state of Victoria, Australia Melbourne. The Physiotherapist shall also adhere to the Code of Ethics established by the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in the courts of Australia Melbourne.
2. The Physiotherapist shall commence services no later than 21 July 2025 and shall complete all contracted sessions by 31 March 2026, unless an extension is granted in writing by the Buyer.

5. Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the supplier's nominated bank account within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-AUM-04782).
6. The Buyer reserves the right to audit the Physiotherapist's clinical records, attendance logs, and treatment documentation at any reasonable time with 5 business days' notice.
7. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
8. The Physiotherapist shall comply with all privacy obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles when handling patient and employee health information in Australia Melbourne.
9. This Purchase Order does not create an employment relationship. The Physiotherapist is engaged as an independent contractor for the duration of this Purchase Order.
10. All intellectual property in treatment protocols, exercise programmes, and clinical documentation developed specifically for the Buyer under this Purchase Order shall vest in the Buyer upon full payment.
