The buyer reserves the right to withhold payment for any Physiotherapist service session that is not completed to the buyer's satisfaction or that does not meet the clinical standards outlined in the attached service-level agreement. 4. Quality and Compliance: The supplier guarantees that all Physiotherapist services will comply with the current regulations of the Ministerio de Salud de Chile and the standards established by the Superintendencia de Salud. The Physiotherapist assigned to this Purchase Order must maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of CLP 50,000,000 per incident. 7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting the Chile Santiago region.
