The Physiotherapist shall provide all contracted services at the primary facility located at Calle 43 # 48A-120, El Poblado, Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia, and at approved home-visit locations within the city of Medellín and its immediate metropolitan zone (including Envigado, Bello, and Itagüí). The Physiotherapist is expected to maintain a minimum availability of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with optional Saturday morning availability for urgent post-surgical follow-ups. All patient records shall be maintained in the clinic's electronic health system in accordance with Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012).
- Contract Duration: This Purchase Order is valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of acceptance, commencing July 1, 2025, and expiring December 31, 2025, unless renewed in writing by both parties.
- Payment Schedule: Invoices shall be submitted monthly by the 5th business day. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Physiotherapist's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice receipt, in Colombian Pesos (COP).
- Professional Qualifications: The Physiotherapist must hold a valid degree in Physiotherapy (Fisioterapia) from a university accredited by the Colombian Ministry of Education, a current RNT (Registro Nacional de Técnicos) number, and active membership in the Colegio Colombiano de Fisioterapeutas.
- Compliance with Local Regulations: All services shall comply with the health regulations of the city of Medellín, Antioquia, and the national health system of Colombia (Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud). The Physiotherapist shall adhere to the ethical code of the Colombian physiotherapy profession.
