The Physiotherapist shall report for duty at the Nile Delta Rehabilitation & Physiotherapy Center premises in Egypt Cairo no later than 1 July 2025. All equipment and consumables listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered, installed, and made operational at the Egypt Cairo facility within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The supplier shall coordinate with our facilities team in Egypt Cairo to ensure proper installation of the electrotherapy equipment and clinical workstation in the designated Physiotherapist treatment bay on the second floor.
6. Terms & Conditions- This Purchase Order is binding upon signature by both parties and constitutes the complete agreement for the procurement of the Physiotherapist services and associated equipment described herein.
- The Physiotherapist engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid license issued by the Egyptian Medical Syndicate and a recognized Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution in Egypt or internationally.
- All services rendered by the Physiotherapist shall comply with the regulations set forth by the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population, as well as the operational standards of the Egypt Cairo healthcare authority.
- Payment shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. The first installment covering the initial three months of the Physiotherapist contract and all equipment shall be due upon successful delivery and installation in Egypt Cairo.
- The supplier warrants that all equipment delivered under this Purchase Order is new, free from defects, and compliant with Egyptian Standards and Organization (EGS) specifications. A minimum two-year warranty applies to all electrotherapy and ultrasound devices.
- The Physiotherapist shall maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 2,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in Egypt Cairo.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the buyer shall be liable for all non-refundable equipment costs and the pro-rated portion of the Physiotherapist contractual salary up to the termination date.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Egypt Cairo in accordance with the Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994, and the governing law shall be the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- The supplier shall not subcontract any portion of the Physiotherapist engagement without prior written consent from the buyer's Procurement Director.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the buyer's right to audit the Physiotherapist's patient records, treatment logs, and equipment maintenance schedules at any reasonable time during the contract period.
