4.1 Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be made in Iranian Rials (IRR) via bank transfer to the Physiotherapist's registered account. Invoices shall be submitted on a monthly basis, and payment shall be processed within fifteen (15) business days of invoice receipt. The total contract value of this Purchase Order is 1,000,000,000 IRR (One Billion Iranian Rials).

4.2 Duration: This Purchase Order is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issue, commencing on 1 July 2025 and expiring on 30 June 2026, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions herein.

4.3 Professional Standards: The Physiotherapist engaged under this Purchase Order shall maintain all required licenses, certifications, and malpractice insurance as mandated by the Iranian Medical Council for practitioners operating in Iran Tehran. The Physiotherapist shall adhere to the ethical code of the Iranian Physiotherapy Association and shall document all patient interactions in the center's electronic health record system.

4.4 Confidentiality: The Physiotherapist shall treat all patient information obtained during the course of this Purchase Order as strictly confidential, in compliance with Iranian data protection regulations applicable to healthcare providers in Iran Tehran. No patient records, treatment plans, or clinical observations shall be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the patient and the purchasing entity.

4.5 Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Physiotherapist shall complete all in-progress patient treatment plans or transfer care to a successor Physiotherapist approved by the center in Iran Tehran.

4.6 Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the civil and commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Iran Tehran.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement for the provision of Physiotherapist services in Iran Tehran as described herein. The Physiotherapist confirms availability, professional competence, and willingness to fulfill all obligations outlined in this Purchase Order for the duration of the contract period.
