The Physiotherapist services outlined in this Purchase Order shall commence on 1 July 2025 and conclude on 30 September 2025, subject to mutual agreement for extension. All outpatient sessions will be conducted at the buyer's primary facility in Kuwait Kuwait City, while in-home visits will be limited to residential areas within the Kuwait Kuwait City metropolitan zone. The Physiotherapist team is expected to maintain a minimum attendance of five (5) days per week, with Saturday and Sunday designated as rest days in accordance with Kuwaiti labor regulations.
- Payment shall be made in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account.
- Net 30 days from the date of invoice submission, provided all Physiotherapist service deliverables have been verified and accepted by the buyer's clinical oversight committee.
- A 10% advance payment of KWD 851.500 shall be released upon signed acceptance of this Purchase Order.
- Remaining balance shall be disbursed in three (3) equal monthly installments aligned with the service period.
- Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Kuwaiti commercial law.
- The Physiotherapist must maintain full professional liability insurance coverage of no less than KWD 500,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order.
- All clinical records and patient data collected by the Physiotherapist in Kuwait Kuwait City shall remain the exclusive property of the buyer and must comply with Kuwait's data protection regulations.
- The supplier warrants that the assigned Physiotherapist holds current, unexpired professional registration with the Kuwait Medical Specialization Board.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the buyer shall compensate the supplier for all Physiotherapist services rendered up to the termination date.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuwait Kuwait City in accordance with the Kuwait Arbitration Law.
- The supplier shall provide a replacement Physiotherapist of equivalent qualifications within 48 hours should the primary Physiotherapist be unavailable due to illness or leave.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and service specifications detailed in this Purchase Order for Physiotherapist services to be performed in Kuwait Kuwait City. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement between the parties.
