The Physiotherapist shall commence duties no later than the 15th of the following month from the date of acceptance of this Purchase Order. All equipment and materials listed in Section 4 shall be delivered to the Moscow Central Rehabilitation Center premises in Russia Moscow within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Purchase Order effective date. The service provider shall ensure that the Physiotherapist completes all necessary onboarding, background verification, and registration with the local Russia Moscow healthcare regulatory body prior to the commencement of patient-facing duties.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal installments via bank transfer to the account designated by PhysioCare Moscow Professional Services LLC.
