2. Qualification Requirements: The Physiotherapist assigned under this Purchase Order must present a recognized Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy, a valid SCFHS license, and proof of malpractice insurance before commencing duties in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
3. Payment Schedule: Invoices shall be submitted monthly by the 5th business day. Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice receipt via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Saudi Arabia.

5. Confidentiality: All patient records, clinical data, and proprietary treatment methodologies accessed by the Physiotherapist during the term of this Purchase Order shall remain strictly confidential and subject to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) regulations.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of material breach, termination may be effected immediately upon written notice.
7. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, epidemics, or natural disasters affecting Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
