- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain and, where applicable, the regional legislation of the Comunitat Valenciana. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts of Valencia, Spain.
- The Physiotherapist(s) engaged under this Purchase Order must present valid professional registration with the Col·legi Oficial de Fisioterapeutes de la Comunitat Valenciana prior to commencing any clinical duties at the facility in Spain Valencia. Failure to provide such documentation will result in immediate suspension of the relevant line item.
- All clinical equipment listed in this Purchase Order must carry a valid CE marking and comply with the Spanish Royal Decree 1591/1997 on medical devices. The vendor shall provide conformity certificates and user manuals in both Spanish and English upon delivery.
- Delivery of all physical goods shall be made to the Valencia Health & Rehabilitation Centre, Polígono Industrial de Benimaclet, Valencia, Spain, no later than 01 July 2025. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the affected line-item value per calendar day, capped at 10%.
- Payment shall be made by bank transfer (SEPA) to the account specified by the vendor within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (VHRG-2025-00487).
- The Physiotherapist services are subject to a 90-day performance review period. During this period, the issuing company reserves the right to terminate the service contract with 15 days' written notice if clinical KPIs (patient satisfaction, treatment adherence, injury recurrence rates) fall below the agreed thresholds.
- All personal data processed in connection with this Purchase Order shall comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date. After this period, the vendor must request a written extension from the Director of Procurement.
• The lead Physiotherapist, Dr. Serrano, has been pre-vetted by our Clinical Governance Committee and her credentials have been verified with the Col·legi Oficial de Fisioterapeutes de la Comunitat Valenciana.
• All equipment deliveries must be coordinated with the Facilities team in Valencia (contact: ext. 4402) to ensure safe installation and compliance with the centre's health-and-safety protocols.
• The CPD training sessions (Item 07) are scheduled for August 2025 in Valencia and must not interfere with the Physiotherapist's clinical roster.
• This Purchase Order supersedes any prior verbal or email agreements regarding physiotherapy staffing and equipment for the 2025–2026 fiscal year.
