• The Supplier shall provide a minimum 30-day written notice prior to any termination of the Physiotherapist engagement, except in cases of gross professional misconduct.
• All intellectual property related to treatment protocols developed by the Physiotherapist during the term of this Purchase Order shall remain the property of the Purchasing Party.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting Thailand Bangkok, shall exempt either party from performance obligations for the duration of the event, provided written notice is given within 7 days.
