- This Purchase Order is issued by SARL BatiPlus Algiers and is binding upon acceptance by the Plumber supplier, ETS Plomberie El Djamila, located in Algiers, Algeria. Both parties acknowledge that this Purchase Order constitutes a legally enforceable contract under Algerian commercial law.
- The Plumber shall commence all work no later than 18 June 2025 and shall complete all installation, repair, and maintenance tasks by 30 June 2025. Any delay beyond this date, not caused by force majeure, shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay.
- All materials specified in this Purchase Order must comply with Algerian national standards (NPA) and the relevant regulations of the Direction des Travaux Publics of Algiers. The Plumber shall provide certificates of conformity for all imported materials prior to installation.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Plumber's designated account in Algeria. The 50% advance payment shall be released within 5 business days of Purchase Order acceptance. The remaining 50% shall be paid within 10 business days of final inspection and sign-off by the project manager in Algiers.
- The Plumber shall maintain full professional liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage throughout the duration of the contract. All work must be performed in accordance with the safety regulations enforced by the Wilaya of Algiers.
- A 12-month warranty is included for all Plumber labor and workmanship. The Plumber shall respond to any warranty claims within 48 hours of notification. Material warranties shall be as specified by the respective manufacturers.
- The Plumber shall coordinate with the municipal water authority (SEAAL) in Algiers for any necessary permits, disconnections, or reconnections related to the main water supply line replacement.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Algiers, Algeria, in accordance with Algerian law.
- This Purchase Order may only be amended in writing, signed by both parties. Verbal modifications are not valid. Any change in scope must be documented as a formal amendment to this Purchase Order.
- The Plumber shall ensure that all work areas in Algiers are kept clean and safe at all times. Debris removal and site restoration are included in the scope of this Purchase Order.
