- This Purchase Order is issued by GreenFlow Plumbing & Infrastructure Ltd. and constitutes a binding agreement upon acceptance by the named Plumber. All work shall be performed in and around Bangladesh Dhaka in compliance with local municipal regulations and the Bangladesh Building Code.
- The Plumber shall commence work within five (5) working days of receiving written confirmation of this Purchase Order. The total project duration shall not exceed sixty (60) calendar days from the commencement date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All materials supplied by the Plumber must be new, of genuine manufacturer origin, and carry valid BSTI certification. The Plumber shall provide material test certificates and warranty documents upon delivery to the Bangladesh Dhaka site.
- Payment shall be made in three milestones: 30% advance upon Purchase Order acceptance, 50% upon completion of all installation work and successful pressure testing, and 20% upon final handover and 30-day defect-free period. Payment will be processed via bank transfer to the account specified above.
- The Plumber is responsible for all safety measures, worker insurance, and compliance with Bangladesh Dhaka occupational health and safety regulations. Any accident or injury on site shall be the sole responsibility of the Plumber.
- A warranty period of twenty-four (24) months applies to all workmanship and installed materials. During this warranty period, the Plumber shall rectify any defects at no additional cost within seventy-two (72) hours of written notice.
- The Plumber shall maintain a clean and orderly work environment at the Bangladesh Dhaka site. All debris, waste piping, and packaging materials must be removed daily. Failure to comply may result in a penalty of BDT 5,000 per day.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Bangladesh Arbitration Act, 2001.
- The Plumber shall not subcontract any portion of the work without prior written consent from GreenFlow Plumbing & Infrastructure Ltd. Any approved subcontractor shall be bound by the same terms as stated in this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement signed by both parties. Verbal modifications are not valid under any circumstances.
