1. Scope and Compliance: The Plumber and all subcontracted personnel engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform all work in strict accordance with the GB 50242 national standard for building water supply and drainage engineering, as well as all applicable local codes and regulations of China Beijing. The Plumber shall hold a valid Class-A plumbing contractor license issued by the Beijing Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission for the entire duration of the project.
2. Project Schedule: All work described in this Purchase Order shall commence no later than June 25, 2025, and shall be substantially completed by July 30, 2025. The Plumber shall submit a detailed work schedule and daily progress reports to the buyer's site supervisor within the first five business days of commencement.
3. Materials and Quality: All piping, fittings, fixtures, and equipment supplied by the Plumber contractor shall be new, of the first quality, and shall carry valid Chinese national certification marks (CCC or equivalent). The Plumber shall provide material test certificates and manufacturer warranties for all installed components.
4. Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon signed commencement of work, 50% upon completion of all installation work and successful pressure testing, and 20% upon final acceptance and handover of all as-built documentation. 7. Permits and Inspections: The Plumber shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary construction permits, water authority approvals, and municipal drainage permits required by the relevant government departments in China Beijing prior to commencing any work. All final inspections shall be conducted in the presence of the buyer's representative and the applicable China Beijing municipal authority inspector.
8. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its then-current rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the Chinese language in China Beijing, and the award shall be final and binding.
9. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical drawings, building plans, and operational data of the China Beijing facility disclosed during the course of this Purchase Order. This obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of this Purchase Order for a period of five (5) years.
10. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, with specific reference to the Civil Code of the PRC and all applicable regulations of the China Beijing Municipal People's Government.
