Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in China Guangzhou. The payment schedule is as follows: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 40% upon completion of all installation and repair work as verified by the buyer's site supervisor; and the remaining 30% within 15 business days after final acceptance and submission of the Plumber's completion certificate and all required documentation. All payments shall be denominated in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and processed through the People's Bank of China interbank clearing system.
- The Plumber and all associated personnel engaged under this Purchase Order must hold valid professional plumbing licenses issued by the Guangzhou Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and must present such credentials on-site prior to commencing any work.
- All work performed by the Plumber must comply with the current national standards of the People's Republic of China, specifically GB/T 50242 (Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Water Supply and Drainage) and all applicable Guangzhou municipal plumbing regulations.
- The supplier shall provide a minimum 24-month warranty on all workmanship performed by the Plumber and a 5-year warranty on all installed materials, commencing from the date of final acceptance in China Guangzhou.
- The Plumber must maintain comprehensive public liability insurance with a minimum coverage of CNY 5,000,000 per occurrence, valid throughout the duration of this Purchase Order and for the entire warranty period.
- All Plumber personnel working on-site in Guangzhou must comply with the buyer's site safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and adhere to all occupational health and safety regulations of Guangdong Province.
- Any changes to the scope of Plumber services beyond the items listed in Section 4 of this Purchase Order must be approved in writing via a formal Purchase Order amendment signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- The supplier shall submit a detailed daily work report to the buyer's Facilities Director for each day the Plumber is on-site, including photographs of completed work and any issues encountered.
- In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to the Guangzhou International Arbitration Center for binding arbitration under its rules.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. All notices and correspondence related to this Purchase Order shall be sent to the addresses specified in Sections 1 and 2 above.
- The Plumber shall ensure that all waste materials generated during the course of work are disposed of in accordance with Guangzhou's municipal environmental protection regulations and the supplier shall provide disposal receipts to the buyer upon request.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Plumber services in China Guangzhou. This Purchase Order becomes effective upon the last signature and remains valid for the duration specified herein unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms stated above.
