- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Constructora Andina S.A.S. and Hidráulica Bogotá Pro S.A.S. (the Plumber) for the execution of plumbing services in Colombia Bogotá as described herein.
- The Plumber shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials unless otherwise specified. All materials must meet Colombian Technical Standards (NTC) and carry the appropriate INVIMA or ICONTEC certification where applicable.
- The Plumber must maintain valid professional liability insurance (póliza de responsabilidad civil) with a minimum coverage of $500,000,000 COP throughout the duration of the contract, as required by Colombian labor and construction regulations.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer (transferencia electrónica) to the account specified by the Plumber, within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid electronic invoice (factura electrónica) compliant with the DIAN (Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales) electronic invoicing regulations in Colombia.
