- Payment Terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 50% balance payment upon final inspection and sign-off by the Andina Facilities Management project supervisor. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Plumber's registered account in Colombia within 15 calendar days of invoice receipt.
- Warranty: The Plumber guarantees all labor and materials for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of final acceptance. Any defects arising within this warranty period in the Medellín service area shall be corrected at no additional cost to the buyer.
- Compliance: The Plumber must hold a valid professional license issued by the Alcaldía de Medellín and maintain comprehensive liability insurance (póliza de responsabilidad civil) with a minimum coverage of COP 200,000,000, valid throughout the duration of the contract.
- Schedule: All work must be completed within 10 business days from the Required Service Date. The Plumber shall coordinate with building management to minimize disruption to occupants in the Medellín office complex.
