- This Purchase Order is issued by Nile Delta Construction & Facilities Management Co. and constitutes a binding request for the Plumber (Cairo AquaFlow Plumbing & Maintenance Services LLC) to perform the plumbing services and supply the materials as described in the line items above at the designated site in Egypt Cairo.
- The Plumber shall commence all work no later than 22 June 2025 and shall complete all installation and overhaul tasks within 30 calendar days from the start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
- All work performed by the Plumber must comply with the Egyptian Building Code, the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency (EEAA) regulations, and the local bylaws of the Cairo Governorate. The Plumber is responsible for obtaining any additional permits or approvals required for the work in Egypt Cairo.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 40% upon completion of all installation work and successful pressure testing; 30% upon final acceptance and handover of the completed project. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified above within 15 business days of invoice submission.
- The Plumber shall provide a minimum 24-month warranty on all installed materials and workmanship. Any defects discovered within the warranty period shall be rectified by the Plumber at no additional cost to the buyer.
- The Plumber shall maintain valid professional liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage throughout the duration of the contract. Certificates of insurance must be presented prior to commencing work on the Egypt Cairo site.
- All materials supplied by the Plumber must be new, of the specified grade, and accompanied by manufacturer certificates of conformity. Substitutions require prior written approval from the buyer's project engineer.
- The Plumber shall adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols on the construction site. A site safety briefing must be completed by all Plumber personnel before the first day of work.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented through a formal Change Order signed by both parties. No additional work shall be performed without written authorization under this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Egypt Cairo, or by arbitration under the Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994, at the parties' mutual agreement.
- The Plumber shall not subcontract any portion of the work without the prior written consent of the buyer. Any approved subcontractor shall be bound by the same terms and conditions stated in this Purchase Order.
