1. General Provisions

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Provence Habitat Services SARL (hereinafter "the Client") and Atelier Plomberie Méditerranée SAS (hereinafter "the Plumber"). All plumbing works described herein shall be executed at the project site in Marseille, France, and shall conform to the specifications, drawings, and technical requirements attached as Annex A to this Purchase Order. 2. Schedule and Milestones

The Plumber shall commence work no later than 16 June 2025 and shall complete all plumbing installations by 28 June 2025. The Plumber shall provide a detailed work schedule within five (5) business days of accepting this Purchase Order. 3. Payment

4. Compliance and Permits

5. Insurance and Liability

The Plumber shall maintain, at its own cost, full professional liability insurance (assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle) with a minimum coverage of €5,000,000 for the duration of the contract. 6. Warranty

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. 8. Health, Safety, and Environment
