Payment shall be made by bank transfer (SEPA-Überweisung) to the account of Wassermeister Berlin GmbH (IBAN: DE89 4306 0967 2011 1234 56, BIC: GENODEM1GLS) within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice (Rechnung) issued in accordance with § 14 UStG. The Plumber shall submit a single consolidated invoice upon completion and acceptance of all work items listed in Section 4. No advance payment is required. In the event of a dispute regarding the quality or completeness of the plumbing work, the buyer reserves the right to withhold payment of the disputed portion until resolution.
6. Delivery and Execution ScheduleAll plumbing work under this Purchase Order shall commence no later than 23 June 2025 and shall be completed no later than 11 July 2025. The Plumber shall coordinate access to the property in Berlin with the on-site building manager (Hausmeister) and shall schedule disruptive work (e.g., pipe cutting, pressure testing) during non-business hours (before 07:00 or after 18:00) to minimise impact on tenants. The Plumber shall provide a written progress report every Friday until completion.
7. Terms and ConditionsThis Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction (Gerichtsstand) for any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be Berlin, Germany. The Plumber warrants that all materials supplied are new, of professional grade, and compliant with the German Marking Regulation (Kennzeichnungsverordnung). The Plumber shall provide a written warranty (Gewährleistung) of 5 years on all workmanship and 2 years on all supplied materials, in accordance with § 634a BGB. The Plumber shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations (Arbeitsschutzgesetz) and shall ensure that all personnel working on-site in Berlin hold valid trade licenses and are registered with the relevant social security authorities. Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing via a supplementary Purchase Order amendment before execution.
