This Purchase Order is issued by Accra Infrastructure & Facilities Management Ltd. to engage the services of a licensed Plumber and to procure associated plumbing materials for the comprehensive renovation of the water supply and drainage systems at our corporate headquarters located at Plot 14, Independence Avenue, Ridge, Accra, Ghana. The Plumber engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for all aspects of the plumbing work, including but not limited to pipe installation, fixture replacement, leak detection and repair, and compliance with the Ghana Standards Authority (GSA) plumbing regulations applicable in the Greater Accra Region.

Important Note: The Plumber engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid Ghana Plumbing Contractors Licence issued by the relevant regulatory authority in the Greater Accra Region. All work must comply with the Building and Planning Act, 1996 (Act 544) and the regulations of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly. The Plumber shall coordinate with the Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL) before any work is performed on the main water supply line. - This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Accra Infrastructure & Facilities Management Ltd. (hereinafter "the Purchaser") and AccraFlow Plumbing & Water Solutions Ltd. (hereinafter "the Plumber / Service Provider") for the plumbing services and materials described herein.
- The Plumber shall commence work no later than 16 June 2025 and shall complete all work by 28 June 2025. Any delay beyond this date, not caused by force majeure or GWCL scheduling constraints, shall attract a penalty of GHS 500.00 per calendar day.
- The Plumber shall provide a minimum of twelve (12) months' warranty on all workmanship and a manufacturer's warranty on all supplied materials and fixtures. The warranty shall be valid throughout the Republic of Ghana, with priority service coverage in Accra and the Greater Accra Region.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Plumber, following successful completion and sign-off of all work items listed in this Purchase Order. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Plumber's designated account in Ghana.
- The Plumber shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits from the Accra Metropolitan Assembly and coordinating with GWCL for any work affecting the public water supply infrastructure in the Ridge area of Accra.
- The Plumber shall maintain adequate public liability insurance (minimum GHS 500,000.00) and workers' compensation insurance for all personnel working on-site during the execution of this Purchase Order.
- All waste materials, including old pipes, fixtures, and debris generated during the plumbing work, shall be removed from the site by the Plumber and disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner in accordance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations of Ghana.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2099 (Act 668).
- The Plumber shall not subcontract any portion of the work described in this Purchase Order without the prior written consent of the Purchaser.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement signed by both parties. No verbal modifications shall be valid or enforceable.
