3. All materials supplied by the Plumber must carry valid ISI (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification. The Plumber shall provide material test certificates and compliance documents upon request before installation.
4. The Plumber shall maintain a minimum of 4 skilled workers and 1 senior Plumber supervisor on-site at the Bangalore project location during working hours (08:00 AM to 06:00 PM, Monday to Saturday).
5. Payment shall be made in three milestones: 30% advance upon signing, 50% upon completion of installation and successful pressure testing, and 20% upon final handover and issuance of the completion certificate by the project engineer.
6. The Plumber shall bear full responsibility for any defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 12 months from the date of final acceptance. During this warranty period, the Plumber shall respond to any reported issues within 24 hours at the Bangalore site.
