- Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become binding upon written acceptance by the Plumber (Idraulica Milano Servizi S.n.c.) within five (5) business days of the date of issue. Acceptance must be confirmed in writing via email or signed copy returned to the Buyer.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon signing of this Purchase Order, 50% upon completion of 70% of the works, and the remaining 20% upon final acceptance and delivery of the compliance certificate. All payments shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the IBAN specified by the Plumber.
