- Scope of Work: The Plumber, Idraulica Partenopea di Gennaro Esposito, shall perform all plumbing renovation works at the specified property in Naples, Italy, in strict accordance with the Italian Technical Regulations (D.M. 37/2008), the Campania Regional Building Code, and the Municipality of Naples (Comune di Napoli) local ordinances governing plumbing installations in historic centre buildings.
- Compliance and Licensing: The Plumber warrants that all work shall be carried out by licensed and insured professionals registered with the Naples Chamber of Commerce. All materials must carry CE marking and comply with Italian and European standards. The Plumber shall obtain any necessary permits from the Comune di Napoli prior to commencing work.
- Schedule: Work shall commence no later than 23 June 2025 and be completed by 11 July 2025. Any delay exceeding five (5) business days beyond the completion date, not attributable to force majeure or buyer-requested changes, shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total contract value per day of delay.
