4.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of Japan and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Procurement Regulations (東京都契約条例). Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Tokyo District Court, Japan.
4.2 The Plumber contractor shall maintain valid liability insurance (minimum 100,000,000 JPY coverage) and workers' compensation insurance as required by Japanese labor law throughout the duration of the contract.
4.3 All plumbing materials and equipment delivered to the Tokyo site must bear the JIS certification mark and comply with the Water Supply and Sewerage Law of Japan (給水排水設備法). The Plumber shall provide material inspection certificates upon delivery.
4.4 Payment terms: 60% upon completion and acceptance of all installation work by the Tokyo Metropolitan Facilities Management Bureau; 40% within 30 days of final inspection sign-off. Payment shall be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 1.
