- Acceptance: This Purchase Order becomes a binding contract upon written acceptance by the Plumber (Almaty Pro Plumber Services LLP) within five (5) business days of the issue date. Failure to respond within this period shall be interpreted as acceptance.
- Service Location: All work described in this Purchase Order shall be performed exclusively at the project site in Kazakhstan Almaty. The Plumber is responsible for transporting all personnel, tools, and materials to the Kazakhstan Almaty location at no additional cost to the purchaser.
- Compliance: The Plumber warrants that all work shall comply with the Construction Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, SanPiN regulations, and all applicable municipal bylaws governing plumbing installations in Kazakhstan Almaty. All materials used must carry valid certification for use within Kazakhstan.
- Warranty: The Plumber provides a minimum two-year warranty on all labor and a manufacturer's warranty on all installed materials. Any defects discovered within the warranty period shall be remedied by the Plumber at no charge.
- Payment: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and completion certificate. Payment shall be transferred via bank wire to the account specified in the Bill To section. All amounts are denominated in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT).
- Insurance: The Plumber shall maintain comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all personnel operating in Kazakhstan Almaty throughout the duration of this Purchase Order. Certificates of insurance must be provided prior to commencement of work.
- Permits and Inspections: The Plumber is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits from the Almaty City Department of Architecture and Construction and scheduling all required municipal inspections in Kazakhstan Almaty prior to the final handover.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Plumber shall be compensated for all work completed and materials procured up to the termination date.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Kazakhstan Almaty.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged in connection with this Purchase Order and shall not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.
