- Scope of Work: The Plumber (HydroTech Plumber & Sanitary Solutions SARL) shall perform all plumbing, drainage, and sanitary installation works as described in this Purchase Order at the project site located in Casablanca, Morocco. All work must comply with the Moroccan Building Code (Code de la Construction et de l'Habitat) and the regulations of the Casablanca City Council.
- Timeline: The Plumber shall commence work within five (5) business days of receiving written confirmation of this Purchase Order. The entire scope of work must be completed within ninety (90) calendar days from the start date, subject to weather conditions and municipal access permits in Casablanca.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon signing and commencement of work, 50% upon completion of 70% of the physical works (verified by the project supervisor), and 20% upon final acceptance and handover. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified above within thirty (30) days of invoice receipt.
- Warranty: The Plumber provides a minimum two-year warranty on all labor and a five-year warranty on all installed materials and fixtures. Any defects discovered within the warranty period shall be repaired at no additional cost to the purchaser.
