- 1. Scope Compliance: The Plumber and all assisting personnel shall perform all plumbing work in strict accordance with the Myanmar Building Code, Yangon City Development Committee regulations, and the standards set forth by the Yangon Water and Sewerage Authority. All materials must be certified for use in the tropical climate conditions prevalent in Myanmar Yangon.
- 2. Licensing and Insurance: The Plumber engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid Myanmar government-issued plumbing trade license and shall maintain comprehensive liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 50,000,000 MMK for the duration of the project in Yangon.
- 3. Delivery and Commencement: All plumbing materials listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Hledan Industrial Zone site in Yangon no later than 20 June 2025. The Plumber shall commence on-site work within three (3) business days of material delivery.
- 4. Quality Assurance: The Plumber shall conduct a full pressure test and leak inspection upon completion of all pipe installations. A written certification of compliance, signed by the lead Plumber, shall be submitted to the Purchasing Party before final payment is released.
- 5. Payment Schedule: Fifty percent (50%) of the total Purchase Order value shall be paid as an advance upon signing. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be disbursed within fourteen (14) days of successful completion, inspection, and acceptance of all plumbing work in Myanmar Yangon.
- 6. Warranty: The Plumber provides a minimum twelve (12) month warranty on all labor and workmanship. Any defects arising from poor plumbing installation shall be rectified at no additional cost to the Purchasing Party within the warranty period.
- 7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation under the Myanmar Arbitration Law. The jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be the Yangon Regional Court, Myanmar.
- 8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns in Yangon, or other events beyond reasonable control, as defined under Myanmar commercial law.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for Plumber services and plumbing materials to be executed in Myanmar Yangon. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement between the Purchasing Party and the Supplier/Service Provider.
