TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Harbourview Property Management Ltd (the "Buyer") and ClearFlow Plumbing & Drainage Services (the "Plumber / Supplier") for the provision of plumbing services and materials at the specified site in New Zealand Auckland.
All work performed by the Plumber must comply with the New Zealand Building Code, the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, and all relevant Auckland Council bylaws governing plumbing installations.
The Plumber shall hold a valid Plumbing Licence issued by the Plumbing Commission of New Zealand throughout the duration of this Purchase Order. A copy of the current licence must be provided prior to commencing any work.
All materials supplied by the Plumber must be new, of a quality suitable for commercial use in New Zealand, and must carry the appropriate WaterMark or equivalent certification for use in potable water systems.
The Plumber is responsible for all site safety, including but not limited to the provision of personal protective equipment, safe work method statements (SWMS), and adherence to the Buyer's site induction requirements.
Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Plumber. Invoices must include the Plumber's IRD number, GST registration details, and a reference to this Purchase Order number (NZ-AKL-2025-04782).
The Plumber warrants all workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of completion. Any defects arising within this warranty period shall be rectified by the Plumber at no additional cost to the Buyer.
Any variations or additional work beyond the scope of this Purchase Order must be approved in writing by the Buyer's Procurement Manager before the Plumber proceeds. Unapproved work will not be compensated.
The Plumber shall maintain adequate public liability insurance (minimum $10,000,000 NZD) and workers' compensation coverage for the entire project duration. Certificates of insurance must be provided upon request.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the District Court of Auckland, New Zealand.
The Plumber shall remove all waste materials, packaging, and debris from the site daily. The site must be left in a clean and safe condition at the end of each working day.
Access to the site in New Zealand Auckland is available Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00. The Plumber must coordinate all site access through the Buyer's site manager, J. Whitfield, at +64 21 667 3340.
