- This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Facilities Management Inc. and is binding upon acceptance by the Plumber service provider, BlueFlow Plumbing & Water Systems, Inc. The Plumber shall confirm acceptance in writing within three (3) business days of receipt of this Purchase Order.
- All work shall be performed at the project site located in the Philippines Manila metropolitan area. The Plumber and all assigned technicians must present valid government-issued identification and PRC professional licenses upon arrival at the site.
- The Plumber shall comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines, including the National Plumbing Code, the Building Code of the Philippines, and local government unit (LGU) permits specific to the Philippines Manila jurisdiction.
- Work schedule: The Plumber shall commence work on June 16, 2025, and complete all line items no later than June 29, 2025. Any delay beyond the agreed completion date shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Plumber within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the final invoice, subject to satisfactory completion and sign-off by the building management and the authorized representative of Meridian Facilities Management Inc.
- All materials supplied under this Purchase Order shall carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of two (2) years. The Plumber shall provide a workmanship warranty of one (1) year from the date of final acceptance, covering any defects in installation or workmanship.
- The Plumber shall maintain adequate insurance coverage, including general liability and workers' compensation, for the entire duration of the project. Certificates of insurance shall be submitted prior to the start of work.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in the Philippines Manila area before resorting to litigation in the appropriate courts of Makati City.
- The Plumber shall not subcontract any portion of the work without prior written consent from Meridian Facilities Management Inc. Any approved subcontractor must hold equivalent PRC licenses and qualifications.
- All invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-04782) and include the Plumber's BIR-issued Official Receipt. Invoices not conforming to this requirement shall not be processed for payment.
